Residents can consult the collection calendar to find out which day the service runs for each housing estate.
The Bétera City Council continues to remind citizens of the importance of correctly managing pruning waste and plant waste generated in homes. With the aim of avoiding the accumulation of branches and vegetation on public roads , the municipality has a home pruning collection service that facilitates the removal of this waste without the need to travel.
The initiative seeks to combine comfort for residents with the preservation of cleaner and more well-kept streets, especially in the different urbanizations of Bétera , where homes with gardens and green areas periodically generate a significant amount of plant debris.
Pruning waste should not be left next to containers.
After carrying out gardening or pruning work at home, branches and other plant debris should not be abandoned in the street or deposited next to the containers . This practice can generate dirt, make it difficult to walk and damage the image of the streets and public spaces of the municipality.
As an alternative, the municipal service allows this waste to be removed directly without individuals having to transport it on their own.
To use it correctly, residents must consult the pruning collection calendar, which indicates the days scheduled for the service to pass through each housing estate. In this way, it is possible to prepare the waste in advance and following the established instructions so that the operators can carry out the collection.
A service specially designed for the urbanisations of Bétera
Home collection facilitates the management of vegetable waste in a municipality with numerous residential areas and homes with gardens. The system allows for the organization of collection routes and prevents the remains from remaining on public roads for days.
The City Council therefore insists on the need to respect both the calendar and the instructions on how to prepare the pruning. The correct use of the service is essential so that the removal is faster and more efficient and so that waste does not end up accumulating in unauthorized points.
Citizen collaboration thus becomes an essential part of the functioning of the system .
Bétera appeals for citizen collaboration to take care of public space
Keeping the streets clean does not depend solely on municipal services. The daily actions of residents also play a fundamental role , especially when it comes to managing bulky or vegetable waste that cannot be deposited like regular household waste.
With the home pruning collection service in Bétera , citizens have a simple alternative to get rid of branches and other debris generated after garden maintenance work.
The council invites residents to find out about the collection days corresponding to their urbanization, prepare waste appropriately and avoid leaving it on the street or next to the containers.
Correct use of the service allows for improved cleaning, facilitates the work of municipal teams and keeps shared spaces in better condition. The involvement of all residents is key to maintaining a cleaner, tidier and more well-kept Bétera .
