The Bétera Civic Center will host a new Creative Writing workshop in Spanish , a free proposal aimed at all those interested in experimenting with literature , developing their imagination and discovering new tools to transform ideas into stories.
The workshop will be taught by Pío Rafael Romero Molina and will have the microstory as the main genre of work. Based on this literary format, participants will be able to approach in a practical way different creativity techniques applied to writing.
The sessions will be held on Tuesdays, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the Bétera Civic Center, and the activity will run until November 17.
The microstory, protagonist of the Creative Writing workshop
The proposal proposes the microstory as the starting point to explore the possibilities of writing . This format allows working on the ability to condense a story and experiment with narrative resources within short texts.
The workshop will combine this approach to genre with a practical application of different creativity techniques, so that the sessions will not focus solely on theoretical aspects.
In this way, the activity seeks to offer participants a space to write, experiment and develop their own ideas, regardless of whether or not they have extensive previous experience in the literary field.
A free activity at the Bétera Civic Center
The Bétera Creative Writing workshop is completely free , although the places available are limited.
The period established to formalize registrations is from September 7 to 18. Therefore, interested people still have a few days to request their participation.
Registration is done exclusively via email biblioteca@betera.es. Places will be assigned strictly in the order of registration, so it is advisable to formalize the application before the group is complete.
Literature and creativity in Bétera 's cultural programming
With this initiative, the Civic Center incorporates into its programming a proposal aimed at promoting literary creation and cultural participation.
The workshop format allows attendees to take an active role and turn literature into a practical experience. The microstory will thus serve as a tool to work on the imagination and experiment with different forms of written expression.
The sessions will take place every Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Civic Center, under the direction of Pío Rafael Romero Molina.
People who want to take part in the Creative Writing workshop in Spanish in Bétera must register before September 18, taking into account that places are limited and will be awarded in order of application.
